2.1 Recruitment through Advertisement

In this process advertising is part of the search and selection campaign. It is like a ‘turnkey assignment’ where a full service from acting as a post box, handling queries of candidates, response-handling services, screening process etc. is prevalent.

This procedure incorporates the release of advertisements, handling and screening of responses, conducing tests, holding group discussions, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating final interviews and subsequent follow up with candidates. The client organization can outsource the whole recruitment and selection procedure to us. From initial screening, written test, Group discussion, work simulation test, interview; we do it all or part of it as per the necessity of the client organization.

2.2 Annual Recruitment and Selection Process Outsourcing

Yearly Contract

The recruitment process can also be facilitated through yearly contract basis where job vacancies are often created. The alliance between clients and the agency on the yearly contract basis will be beneficial for the clients in terms of economy, efficiency and service. However, in proviso, certain terms and conditions will be applicable to both the parties in case of yearly contract.

2.3 Recruitment through Database Search

Neon Management Services has a database of more than 30000+ candidates from various Banks, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing Companies, Multinational Companies and internationally. And in case of need, the candidates can be selected from database search as well. In this process after clearly understanding the job requirement, the team searches suitable candidates from the database. As per the need, telephonic interview or walk-in interview is scheduled. When it is found that the candidates are willing and motivated to work in the said company and in the stated benefit terms, then the CVs are forwarded to the company for further processing.
