Employee relationship management creates harmonious working environment so as to achieve individual as well as organizational goals and ultimately ensure achievement of organizational mission. HRD, under the guidance of senior management of the organisation is planning to establish best employee relationship mechanism by regularly discussing with employees regarding their grievances and difficulties in performing their duties.
Methodology:
• Extended Management Meeting: Monthly meeting among Management Team, Department Heads and Branch Managers will be held focusing on the issues like monthly target v/s achievement, current market scenario, deposit and lending, staff performance, HR issues, Logistic issues, health and safety issues.
• Grievance Handling Unit: Separate Grievance Handling Unit will be established to address various problems and issues of staffs. The major HR issues raised in Extended Management Meeting will be communicated to Grievance Handling Officer so as to promptly resolve such issues. A mechanism will be implemented to monitor the performance of Grievance Handling Unit.
